Our restaurants are aggregate of artisan who had many years of training. Every single kitchen of our restaurants is hand?made and designed individually, so we don't have a factory or a central kitchen. We keep working to create a delicious menu to make sure that our customer is satisfied.
So-called "chain-restaurant" usually concentrate on creating stable and standardized taste of food and service by preparing manuals with an aim of the efficient operations and economy of scale. It is true that, customer is satisfied with the sense of safety and economy of the chain restaurant. But on the other hand, isn't it true that the dishes created by those chain restaurants are becoming more like "factory product"?
