Born in 1932 in Tokyo. He studied French cuisine at the old "Marunouchi Kaikan" built during the Meiji period. He has experience catering for the Imperial Household Agency at a variety of events. He is a very unorthodox chef with an insatiable inquisitiveness and creativity, and his kind personality and attentiveness to his work has turned countless customers into regulars.

The head chef, Yoshinao Kubota, studied French cuisine under Tokuzou Akiyama, known for his work as a cook for the Imperial family. At the time of the opening of the restaurant, when the concept of "creative cooking", or mixing genres, was still unknown, Yoshinao Kubota, in a new and unique idea, incorporated the Japanese flavor into traditional French dishes learned from the famous Tokuzou Akiyama, creating a restaurant where people could enjoy authentic French cuisine in a casual and relaxed environment. At the restaurant, we strive to provide a menu tailored to our customers tastes, made with fresh and healthy ingredients for peace of mind.
